Brief description of production process
The main raw material is aluminum ingot above al99.70 (GB / t1196), which is added to aluminum silicon alloy ingot, heated and melted by magnesium ingot. The melting temperature is 730 ℃ ~ 750 ℃, and the processes such as stirring, refining and slagging are carried out.
Aluminum bars with different diameters and specifications were produced by the same horizontal close top casting process and different crystallizers.
Adopt 575 ℃ heat preservation for 6 hours to cool rapidly.
The aluminum bar is heated to about 450 ℃, the specified mold is used, and the profiles of various specifications are extruded with the extruder, and the profiles are rapidly air-cooled or water-cooled, straightened, sawed and framed.
The temperature is kept at 190 ℃ ~ 195 ℃ for about 3.5 hours, and then forced air cooling is adopted.
Aluminum substrate is used as anode, and it is electrified in electrolyte. Oxygen atom and oxygen atom produced by anode have strong oxidizability. A layer of Al2O3 protective layer with excellent performance is formed on the surface of aluminum substrate. Electrolytic coloring process is used to fill metal ions (nickel ion and stannous ion) into Al2O3 protective layer, which makes oxide film show different colors.
Ni2 +, f-cold sealing process is adopted.
The anodized (colored) profile is put into the electrophoresis tank, and the acrylic resin is attached to the profile surface by power on.
The electrophoretic coated profiles were dried and solidified at 180 + 20 ℃ for about 30 minutes.

Hobbing, threading and pressing
The heat-insulating aluminum profile is produced by the threading process, and the aluminum profile with groove is produced first.
